Over the summer I visited Grasse, a town on the French Riviera, in the hills north of Cannes. It’s known for its long-established perfume industry, and this heritage is celebrated at the Musée International de la Parfumerie, in the town center. Large perfumeries like Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard offer tours which you can check out on my instagram. Grasse Cathedral, a former Roman Catholic cathedral in the old town, contains many paintings, including some by Rubens.
The best food I’ve had in France. Dinner at Lou Fassum ”La Tourmaline”
Lou Fassum is a stunning restaurant that is tucked away in Grasse, but bares itself open to the stunning 360 panoramic views of Cannes. Run by Michelin star chef Emmanuel Ruz. I had the most amazing summer pea and goat cheese soup that one could have. Like. Ever!
