Maison Blanche & panoramic views of Paris

“Paris is always a good idea”

I just touched down in Paris for the first of my Lux Fragrance Experience. I’ve checked into the beautiful boutique Hotel Bachaumont with a dinner date at 7pm at Maison Blanche Paris. Maison Blanche is home to Chef Fabrice Giraud, native of La Ciotat, began his career in renowned houses: the “Chantecler Negresco” in Nice, “the Great Cascade” in Paris and “Hotel de Paris” in Monaco alongside Alain Ducasse.

Prior to the three macaroons I ate in my hotel room, the last thing I had was a Pret Sandwich at Heathrow, so I am in more than ready for the lavish meal that awaits me.

A panoramic view of Paris

Maison Blanche has been on Théâtre des Champs-Élysées for 25 years and has a stunning view overlooking Paris. Distributed across two floors, the downstairs room along the “Bay Window” offering a panoramic view on the west of Paris, because of its extraordinary glass roof.
The upper space, the “Mezzanine” opens a wider view of the Parisian landscape and reveals some surprises like a phosphorescent bar changing colours, or a terrace (terrace George V), green island in the city, under the twinkling Eiffel Tower.

Back to the hotel for a night cap
